Nerd Alert!

I am the proud new owner of a Construction Master 5. Yes, it adds and subtracts but it also calculates areas, stairs, can convert measurements to metric, AND can square up a foundation all by itself. Oh, and it also comes with a nifty little pocket for the directions which I will be referencing often.
