This is the hat I knit for our trip to London. It's gray and bleak and will keep my head warm while trudging through the cold rainy streets. I also knit some fingerless mittens to match. You might think I have too much time on my hands but you would be wrong! If not for all this time knitting, this perfectly good apple would be without a cozy jacket.

Tonight is the Grand Opening for Cafe De Leche! The owners Matt and Anya, and David have put in countless hours towards making this Cafe happen and it truly shows. I couldn't be more proud of David and his first public project! I wish you all could join us tonight for the big celebration!
